In certain circumstances, roTV may put up a placeholder in place of a channel stream. Usually, this is due to an incomplete carriage request form, or if you are updating your stream data. Placeholders consist of a generic background and a message explaining why the placeholder has been put on the channel space.
Please note that placeholders differ from channel splash images, which are part of a channel’s carriage request if they use the Viloud platform for broadcasting.
